Terralay is a GIS-based project management platform for construction companies like L&T. A design studio hired me to redesign the existing product, define the user system, and add features the platform never had. I also designed the logo and visual identity.

Problem
The original product had noinformation hierarchy, users landed directly in a flat project list with no organisation layer, no status system, and no way to track what was happening across a project. The interface had no concept of user roles, so admins and field employees saw the same thing.
Solution
I introduced a three-tier user ierarchy, super admin, organisation admin, and field employee, each with their own access and visual context. I designed an entirely new Organisation page, a project status system with Active, On Hold, and Draft states, and a Project History page showing all field activity grouped by category, a feature I added on my own initiative that wasn't in the brief.
